GETTING READY

Rick and I decided to paint the baby's room, and Jeffery wanted to be in the room the whole time. We decided on apple green, with accents of chocolate brown, white, and a bit of pink.

Jules and I stayed out of the fumes downstairs.

Marcel was bored and spent his time between the smelly room and a lazy me, on the stairs.

Jeffery continued to supervise from the window sill.

We decide we like the green!

The room is painted. Next time you'll see the graphic elements we chose for the Big Brown Wall.

ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES

I have had the good fortune to be working with a massage therapist who has studied in the Mayan Abdominal practice. Jennifer has helped me lower my blood pressure and stress levels. She also recommended foods like watermelon, papaya, and grape juice, all flavors I gladly partake in. My stomach feels as big as it looks.

I began seeing Diana to help lessen my asthma attacks the humidity brought on this summer. My lungs have opened considerably and I feel my body is healthier than it has been in awhile. I relax as soon as the first needle goes in.

Every week I go to the doctor's office and hear the baby's heartbeat and learn she is doing fine. When Rick goes with, anytime he speaks her heart rate jumps considerably! She is already fond of her papa.

WEDDING IN COLORADO

The middle of July we spent a relaxing weekend at a great bed and breakfast and participating in Sondra's wedding to Larry. Wedding was beautiful, Larry and his family are great, we enjoyed spending time with him (although I spent a lot of time sleeping in bed between events.) We are happy we were all there.
